The Correlation Story

It’s kind of ironic that our industry helps so many yet when you need it, you’re no longer seen as a person, but a short-term transaction to quickly re-coup. Building something different wasn’t pretty, but it was pretty important to us – an investment partner who was personally invested.

We were underfunded, under the pump, and underestimated. Nobody took us seriously, but they were very happy to tell us what to do and how to do it. Rather than listen to them, we
listened to what our partners wanted.

We invested the time to truly understand our customers, build trust with stakeholders, and find like-minded people to join our team. But that time has been a gift. Because in the 20+ years we’ve been around, we’ve seen that the longer we spend together, the more we help each other.
